Schedule a phone call appointment with us by opening a support ticket and providing us with your contact information (i.e. your phone number) and your availability during the following time periods:
Sales (future/prospective customers)
- Monday - Friday: noon to 6pm Central Time
Technical support (current customers)
- Monday - Friday: noon to 10pm Central Time
- Saturday - Sunday: 2pm to 8pm Central Time

What can we do over the phone?
Our support team will be glad to assist you with any questions you may have. We are also happy to troubleshoot issues on your wiki over the phone.
If you're considering opening a wiki on or moving to MyWikis, we highly encourage you to schedule a call if you have many questions and/or need to provide us with details about your situation. We're also able to guide you through the wiki creation process.
While we recommend opening a ticket for technical support, it is available over the phone as well.
Note: Unfortunately, we are unable to make international calls outside of the United States and Canada at this time because of prohibitive international calling rates. We apologize for the inconvenience to clients outside of North America. We also cannot provide support in languages other than English.
